Anyone seen Rose Royalty???

Has anyone seen Rose Royalty? Did a search and found 1 review from a few weeks ago, but she is posting under a new number now. Found some ads under both the old number and the new number but nothing else. She is requesting pic of selfie and proof of donation. Thoughts??? Not sure if I should go through with encounter or not. I usually only see verified providers or the ones I see regularly.
