Does premium access extend?

I just posted another review that is in moderation. I already have premium access, so does that mean that it will just be extended? I wasn’t sure how that works.

Yes, the credit gets added ontop of what you already have.. at least thats how it looks like when I go to my profile and see when my PA expires
