They have several options to deal with the ding-dong. It is obvious then that they are not "hurting" for business at certain times. Here are my suggestions. First, ignore the ding-dong. There's no need to rush out and meet people. Second, have a sign on the door that says be back in 30 minutes. Put it up when at capacity and lock the door. Once they can see a monger, unlock the door and take down the sign. Third, get a full time receptionist who isn't a provider. They can man the door. There is this place in Orlando that has their shit together and while busy, I've never once seen a girl stop mid-session to greet an incoming client.
