I'm telling you, my two worst experiences lately were with Exercise and 21. Both were very rushed sessions, the 1 hour has been cut to 45 minutes and you are lucky if you get that. The service is mechanical, rushed and upselling has become commonplace. I'm not going to keep enabling this new bullshit standard.

When they try to short me on the time, I call them out and make them give me the full hour. Sometimes if I think they are the type of girl that will try that, I will point at the clock when they enter the room and announce the time, so they can’t lie about what time they started later on
