Interesting that the business model of successful shops create good relationships by not haggling over 5-10 dollars and losing customers. Imagine a full shop of paying customers who just keep coming back weekly,...you don't need 500 customers,just a hundred or so, and you're gonna need a few banks to hold all the money.

Another reason Xinsui has been successful and has a faithful following. More mamas need to keep those haggle monsters out of their shops.
