If you don't think these girls have cameras (hidden if not visible) set up outside and/or around if for no other reason but their own security; I have a bridge I can sell you. They make these things tiny, cheap and with batteries that can last for weeks at a time these days. I would be surprised if they ever kept them in the room however as that's just asking for major problems if a client ever noticed it.
