Laohouzi, it states Plano on report, perhaps an affiliate of the Garland spa.

For those still interested and perhaps a worthwhile check of any establishment regulated by state, you may want to visit:

https://www.tdlr.texas.gov/cimsfo/fosearch.asp

You can search by profession, city or county….

It may prove to be invaluable one day or perhaps explain why your favorite place is shut down without notice…..
10lbsDangling, thanks for posting the URL. Very interesting information regarding Plano massage therapy licensing violations and penalties.

Just a note here. When a shop gets put out of business, it is the result of an interaction between that shop and the authorities. The situation ends in court later, the shop is gone. The new owner that buys the space and opens the next shop is a legitimate business and this is not a dangerous place to visit. It is happening all the time.

FYI… garden spa llc is not the same as garden day spa, plus the zip code on the violation doesn’t match the garden day spa location
