You don't need to see 100% effectiveness to see something effective. You're focused on the wrong metric.

Both points can be true, and so very, very little has passed this year based on one woman's filibustering. We don't live in a vacuum world of binaries.

Effectiveness is passing legislation. Especially legislation that stops the leftists trans and grooming agenda.
