I have seen her so many times and last week she put me in room and had that big girl come in. I was disappointed she did that but im sure she is busy all day and no one wants to see that lady compared to mimi and Katie. Immediately said no I want katie and she said oh she is busy. So i got up to start to dress then bam katie is now avail. I hate being switched and all the times i have seen katie. Put a little sour taste in my mouth. Especially since she knows me and chatted with me for a few min while getting me to room.
