It is a massive overstep in civil individual liberty. I would like to think it would be a violation of 1st amendment rights BUT people more knowledgeable in law than me could probably explain why it wouldn’t be. More than anything I just hate that I have one less section to read.

Look at Washington and you see the best example of Selective Prosecution.
