Is there any fun to be had in Whiteplains? Bad areas ect...

(and Scarsdale/Tarrytown/Nyack)
It's not Upstate NY (which some call Upset which is much further North).
The Albany/Hudson Valley Forum is more appropriate for your travel plan.
