Staff email address question.

I have a new lady friend who is trying to get an account established here and is running into difficulties. Is “dallas@eccie.net” still the staff email to which issues like this should be directed? I thought some time ago I read that mailbox may no longer work, so figured I’d ask here before giving her some bad advice.
