since I am returning back to Dallas this weekend, I went to panda river again today and had similar service. good massage with back walk etc. and a L1 ending. pretty much same rate as last time. (I tipped a little extra this time).I guess its YMMV kind of place. I wish they would be consistent.

I dont remember seeing another massage next door. I think nearest one is opposite side of the road a little further away (Sunny). all other photos of this google location is correct though(except street view.)
