Questions about post hour editing.

Is it possible to take parts out of a review that was like at least 12-hours old? I want to re-edit my review right here: http://www.eccie.net/showthread.php?t=294150

We can edit reviews in the case of saftey concerns or minor errors, but not for "I changed my mind" occasions.
