Most social media sites have their own boundaries. For sure hate speech is not protected but some levels of it may be allowed on one forum or another.

I continue to hope that our current access to other cultures and lifestyles will eventually help bring people together but it seems to be perpetuating the divide in a lot of ways.

Bitchute telegram and some YouTube links have some of the most disgusting hate speech I've ever seen. It should not be allowed as it's pure hate and propaganda to disrupt and cause civil unrest. This type of speech THEY promote should not be allowed. The first never meant for cowards to hide behind it

It certainly does include hate speech, that’s the entire point. People can hate whoever they want, and are free to espouse their views however they see fit. If you don’t like a website don’t visit it, but save the fascist censorship or move to North Korea where it’s perfectly acceptable.

There is always a context. Some forums are accessible by the public and others are member only and some posts may only be viewable by those included in the thread so the rules of engagement will vary quite a bit.

One foundation of our right to free speech is that unpopular comments are protected but there will always be a limit. I would argue that someone joining a white supremacist forum could not claim the comments are offensive but having those same views pop on a Facebook scroll is an entirely different situation.

We are all promised the same rights and once speech begins to intrude on those there must be a check and balance. Once speech ventures into an area where it should not be protected then it is not censorship it is someone not using their speech responsibly. That said it is true a lot of people get 'offended' by little shit and want to set unrealistic limits and it damn sure ain't just Democrats

Those sites are heavily monitored by the authorities for a good reason. As is blm and antheifa hangouts. See how similar both are.
