PSA: confirmed that Lux Relax has moved to Massage Inn (Central and 183), I should say they take over that location. Saw Kiwi (now call Pink) there a couple days ago and Coco as well.
Be careful in Bedford, ran into 2 license check at 2 separate locations recently. Seem like they are tighten up policy in that city, let's try to limit encounter report of our favorite spots.

Generically speaking...
Occupancy License (Building Code check; no locked doors during business hours)
Health Dept License (probably two random visits a year; cleanliness, working hot water, check for plumbing leaks)
Massage License (Central advertises that they perform Massages, so they need to have at least one Massage Therapy License readily visible on the wall.)

Massage requires the "therapist" to have a license. Without a license, you are only allowed to perform Reflexology.

Never panic if a City or County official enters a Spa while you are there. You have every right to be there, you've done nothing wrong, so act that way. It's the same thing as being at a Doctors office, if an Inspection takes place.
Thank you. That is very helpful. How would it be concerned if they started asking patrons for a license! So you put my fears to rest!
