I don't get it sometimes either. Some places it seems automatic what's going to happen, and sometimes you get surprised. I went to Healthy massage on Englewood a while back. From the reviews, I felt confident I would get level 1 at least. I got nothing but a lackluster massage,and grief over a $10 tip.. Even with the soldier standing at attention, nothing but a massage, mostly with a sheet covering.
