Yes they are 2 different places but wouldn't be surprised if the same Asians are running them. Their advertising is very similar and they even use the same posters in their windows. Even the new Lockport spa shares some similarities that make you wonder.

Lockport has a more limited menu than Reflexology and 4 Seasons. For me a drive to Lockport takes the same time as a drive to Ker St in NF Canada. Ker has a wide open menu and cheaper than Lockport, Reflexology and 4 Seasons.
