Probably because you likely didn't get credit for the review. You can search the boards for examples of how to write an acceptable review. For example, in the ROS you are supposed to give sort of a play by play of how the encounter went. You don't have to go into great detail, although many do. But at least a cliff notes version of the activities that transpired. Not trying to be rude, just suggesting.
