Take a look at the two other ads that are linked to that one by BP - seems like just a way to advertise.
That said, one of the best sessions I ever had was with a little lady here in mid-cities area of DFW the day after she got out of jail on an outstanding traffic warrant for multiple traffic violations. After a week in jail with 'roommates' that scared the crap out of her, she was ready for a romp in the hay. Probably helped that she was purely straight, not a bi-sexual bone in her body.
