The REAL facts about E Jean Carroll and the bogus NY Judge and Jury trying to get Trump

I thought everyone with any common sense knew the E. Jean Carroll vs Trump case was bogus. But I have seen a bunch of uninformed takes on the case

Here's what you need to know about E. Jean Carroll, most of which was wrongly deemed "inadmissible" by the judge:

- She couldn't recall the date, month, season, or year the incident happened

- She never told anyone about it, despite being publicly obsessed with her own sexuality

- The dress she claims to have been wearing didn't exist at the time

- Her description of the dressing room at Bergdorf Goodman was inaccurate, making her sequence of events impossible

- Her lawsuit was bankrolled by Jeffrey Epstein pal and Democrat (and Nikki Haley) mega-donor Reid Hoffman

- Democrats created a law (The Adult Survivors Act in 2022) to enable her lawsuit to proceed

- Her accusation is the exact plotline of an episode of Law & Order (one of her "favorite shows")

- Trump's Apprentice was also one of her favorite shows

- She has a history of falsely accusing men of rape, including Les Moonves

- She told Anderson Cooper, "most people think of rape as being sexy. Think of the fantasies."

- She made a career promoting promiscuity, even writing glowingly of sexual assault and naming her cat Vagina

— NY changed their laws specifically to allow Jean Carroll to bogusly sue Trump

— She alleged a rape in a public place 30 years ago but provided no evidence

— Her story was remarkably similar to a plot line of a show she binge watched

— She’s sex obsessed and continues to talk about how “sexy” rape is

— Her case was thought up by Trump hater George Conway

— Her “reputation expert” admitted to having no experience in reputation repair during cross examination. She was also found to be a Democrat donor

In case you didn’t know, E Jean Carroll has accused many men of raping or sexually assaulting her…

Including a babysitter’s boyfriend, a dentist, a camp counselor, an unnamed college date, an unnamed boss and CBS chief executive Les Moonves

This is why she’s not credible.

-lined up her entire allegation with the plot of an SVU episode

Trump didn’t defame E. Jean Carroll, he just told the truth— she’s batshit crazy.

Bottom line - this was another bogus case contrived by the deranged left to try to damage President Trump in the 2024 election

They were able to change the laws and hold it in front of a corrupt far left judge and a crazy far left jury in deep blue NY

Only a moron would think this case had any merit. Change the name of the defendant to anyone but Trump and people would be laughing at it. Change the name to one of the leftists and they would be outraged.

The facts are quite simple.

A jury found that Trump indeed did assault Carroll.

Perhaps Trump's legal defense was pathetic - probably was. That's what happens when you rent an attorney that's good at only doing real estate law.

The award was based upon what they felt was reasonable and prudent.

Trump continued to run his mouth - and his cost him.

The rest is pure speculation, and attempts to discredit the actual legal system with erroneous information.

Interestingly Trump posted the $5 million dollars in escrow when that was awarded. And he's going to have to post the same amount of the new 88.3 million in escrow while he appeals this verdict.

Not to mention the 300 plus million being sought by Tish James.

In that episode, titled “Theatre and Tricks,” an individual talks about a rape fantasy in Bergdorf Goodman — the same department store where Carroll claims the incident took place. In the Law and Order episode role-play took place in the dressing room of Bergdorf’s. While she was trying on lingerie I would burst in,” the character in the episode said. According to Carroll, the two were in the lingerie section, and Trump allegedly assaulted her in the dressing room.
