Breaking: Special Counsel Robert Hur's report has been released.

"Biden willfully retained" marked and unmarked classified documents at his home.

This "risked serious damage to America's national security"

Yet Biden will not be charged because well two systems of justice and the Special Counsel found he is an old senile idiot who can't remember what he is doing - literally.

The Special Counsel Robert Hur report into President Biden found he "wilfully retained and disclosed classified materials.” Further, he has significant cognitive issues & "did not remember when he was vice-president" & forgot when his term ended.

The DOJ has effectively declared that the current President of the United States is not mentally fit to stand trial.

The special counsel report says that Biden did not remember “even within several years” when his son Beau Biden died.

Obstruction of Justice:

Senile Biden's ghostwriter "deleted digital audio recordings of his conversations with Mr. Biden" after he learned of Hur's appointment as Special Counsel

Recordings from 2017 captured Senile Biden giving his ghostwriter classified info multiple times.

Senile Biden was on record admitting the info "probably was classified."

There is also evidence that Senile Biden:

- Unlawfully retained classified notebooks post-Vice Presidency.

Senile Biden kept notebooks containing classified information at his home inside of unlocked drawers.

The notebooks included info from his intelligence briefings and meetings in the situation room. At least three times, he read classified entries to his ghostwriter

The Special Counsel was seriously like 'we can't prosecute Senile Biden because he's a mental vegetable'

Senile Biden told reporters in January 2023 that he "immediately" turned his classified documents over to the archives and DOJ.

That was a brazen lie. He knew he had classified records as far back as 2017. Instead of returning them, he gave them to the ghostwriter for his book.
