If Leo asks for your cell phone are you obligated to hand it over? AND Is it "legal" for him to go through your contacts,pics,vids,sound clips ect?

For example, I will throw out a wild guess and say you probably weren't standing in the East Houston Baptist Church singing "Amazing Grace" when Officer Greyday walked in and demanded that you hand him your cell phone. So why don't you tell us the circumstances of your encounter with the cop so we can try to answer your REAL question?
