I’m gonna take a wild guess…sanitation/cleanliness? I mentioned it before, one thing that is nice about the fab 3 is that usually while you’re getting dressed, they strip the sheet with the hole and put a fresh one on right in front of you. It’s a small detail, and not hard.

Correct. You will not be disappointed with Linda’s appearance or demeanor. However the serious up selling, and the lack of sanitation (at least fresh towels…) was cause for the no recommendation.
