Airport area (Rosemont), but avoid low end hotels.
My group rebuilt a couple hotels that area.
A lot of Mon late eve to Fri morn businessmen.
Also, Gold Coast area (North Chicago along the lake)
Pricey though.
ECG's friends always hit Airport before they circle down to KC.
Sometimes Gold Coast for one or two days but only if sufficient pre-books (then jump to Airport for a few days).
The girls arrive Gold Coast tonight and will catch up to us in South Illinois on Sat for the Holiday.
