Is Anyone else having trouble with their new phrases you enter with your password? I just tried logging in over ten times. Not very user friendly. Normally you put a space between the words, any suggestions are welcome.

I just went back and it didn't have the phrase so I was able to log in

I've never been asked for anything other than ID and password to sign in.

I am so sorry about that. We tried out a captcha security feature and it was an abismal failure! It's been removed and we will move in a different direction with it. I apologize for wasting so many people's time with it last night... I feel terrible about it.
