I went to the quick-shop next door a few weeks ago and it looked to be in early stages of construction. I drive by occasionally, but from the street it's hard to see much has changed recently.

You would think they would make sure they could get permit before spending bucks on construction.

A friend tried to buy a spa that closed in Plano and when the Realtor asked the City about using for new spa, they said no longer allowed. Wasn’t worth applying for an exception.
