Nice review, was there early 2023, price was 3000 then moved to 4000 in a week. Still a good deal. Like the area, CoCo curry house nearby, bakery in the Sugamo station was great. Want to try the pink salons across the street, glad to see JanJan is still there.

Pretty sure the price changes between day and night. Think it's 3500 during the day and 4000 at night now.

Two more options on the same street: The World which is on the same side, and Golden King which is right across from Jan Jan.

The World is cheaper. Golden King is more expensive.
