Best hotel to meet wg’s

Planning a trip to Vegas in January. Hoping you regulars can recommend a good hotel to run into an assortment of wg’s at the casino or bar. Is downtown better than the strip?

I’ve heard the blue bar at Fontainebleau. Planet Hollywood all over. I don’t go looking for this though.

Single worst idea ever. Most are there to trick roll you.

Definitely don’t look for it myself.
