Mr. Trump has not signed the Ethics forms done when there is a new occupant coming into the White House. Normally these are completed in September and October to start the transition of power..

Try making a facial expression like this. If you can you will understand what the mindset of Mr. Trump is.

Trumpf signing ethics forms would be like perjury or making false claims.
No surprise he hasn't signed.

He still has not signed them.

I’m guessing it has something to do with this. Money

"Trump has yet to sign the ethics agreement required for the presidential transition, allowing him to raise unlimited amounts of money from unknown donors to pay for the staff, travel, and office space involved in preparing to take over the government," the group wrote.

Or this, Trump's failure to submit the required ethics pledge, stating that he will avoid conflicts of interest, has also meant that he has not disclosed who is funding his transition process.

Or this, Trump has named nearly all his choices for his future Cabinet positions, including those that will require Senate confirmations. Some of the president-elect's more contentious picks, such as former Fox News host Pete Hegseth for defense secretary and former Democratic Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard for director of national intelligence, have already raised concerns even without a formal vetting process.

The delay in signing the transition documents may mean senators have to vote on Trump's Cabinet picks without federal background checks, The Associated Press reported.

Money ain't much of a thing for multiple multi-billionaires. I think they got the scratch, with no strings attached. Or ya got to spend some money to make some money...
