Blackout Wednesday

I'm not a huge drinker but the Wednesday before thanksgiving is known as blackout Wednesday and is the biggest drinking day of the year.

Will you be partaking ? And if so do people go out in HTX that night or more stay safety at home? Lol

Never heard it referred to that, around here we don't wait for holidays to enjoy libations.
I can usually quit before blacking out though!
