Tired of being cucked by the everything bubble

Normally bubbles burst and prices correct in proportion to wages, but this fucking bubble somehow never fucking ends. Ratios of various assets to median incomes are the highest they've ever been (houses, stocks, cryptocurrency, etc). A small sliver of the population benefits at the expense of 80-90% of the people. I'm rooting for a catastrophe to break this bubble at this point.

I am frugal. But I like quality. Dallas was in a time warp with low prices and high quality for a VERY, VERY long time. Back in the ASPD days the high price girls were $250...a few at $300.

Even early to mid ECCIE days pricing was low and kept the business humming. Remember the smoking hot Koreans at the AMP's for $140?

Dallas has caught up with the market......unfortunately. And that means skank, obese, disgusting, tatted up pigs expect $200 for horrible service. Thank Dr. Fauci for that.

After what seems like forever housing inventory is now rising quickly, bonds are looking bullish, and stocks are starting to see real selling pressure. Stocks probably bounce big from here due to positioning, but we may be finally at the beginning of the end of this cycle
