The person who does my website if you like info just PM.
Hello,
My 2 cents as a web developer and some info.

Free, do it yourself (DIY) website builders:
wix.com
web.com
weebly.com
wordpress.com
Godaddy.com

Website building tools are junk in my opinion. You have limited control of the site and the nature of the site may violate their terms of agreement.

All websites require a web hosting server and a domain name. (Most of the above include that)
Ideally with a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) certificate to get you on the https:// protocol for enhanced Search Engine Optimization (SEO). Godaddy offers a small package including the above "Web Hosting Economy $5.99/mo With a 3-yr term. You pay $215.64 today. Includes a DIY site building tool ".

For me to build a basic static site (no forms, login, shopping carts, databases) is about $300-500 (in addition to you paying for the server, domain and SSL) depending on your requirements and site content.

Cheers!
