Art Shawcross was finally arrested. His reign of terror made hobbying very difficult. I knew two of his Rochester victims.

Yup, they talked about his beginning in Watertown, his hometown and the first two victims that were kids. Not at the beginning tho, I believe it was towards the middle/end after his arrest for his crimes in Rochester they went back in time about his entire criminal career.

He should have never been released the first time and those women in Rochester would still be alive. He got a fucking plea deal that was way too lenient. Pleaded to one charge of manslaughter and only served 14 of a 25.

Yes. Two of the ladies I had enjoyed their company a few times. One just a week before he killed her.
I also worked with the stepbrother of the girl he killed in Watertown. He didn’t even know Shawcross was out of jail when he was arrested.

He worked across the street from where I was working at the time. Saw him in the local bank a couple times.

Picked up a blk hooker on Lyell and Mt. Read, went back to her Apt. nearby with no furniture. A couple weeks later he got her. His ex wife worked at Dunkin Donuts in Watertown, remember talking about him with her.
