Nucular winter I see 6 inches of snow and I in Oklahoma

I live in Oklahoma 10 years and most snow I see at one time 2-3 inches. I look out window and I see 6 inches what possible that a nuclear winter happing and just not telling us especially if north Korea splash up one in Ocean that will cause all water to come down in 28 degrees day . It not the coldest it been here hat 5 degrees.
