When I saw her during her Dec visit, I got the impression she wasn't planning to return. Of course, if funds dry up and other revenue streams don't materialize, I assume that could change.

If I recall correctly she’s from LA.

Given the fires in LA area, rising rents, insurance being dropped (all the economic multiplier effects)… hope she returns.
