It's the usual cranberry Asians. I was there like 1-2 months at the usual hotel, and there was some weird dude outside not directly by there room, but he was talking really loud/yelling about what they were doing. I was already done so I didn't really care, I could even hear him when I was down at my car leaving. Not sure if this is why they moved from the usual place, but that's just my guess.
