I'm not sure off the top of my head, although I'm sure you could just google whether or not Delta-9 is habit forming.

Anecdotally, I've been using the Texas legal, delta-8 and 9 gummies from that company off and on for a couple years now, mostly on the weekends, and haven't noticed any downside beyond getting the munchies occasionally.
