I appreciate that RP sometimes posts links to their girls on TER, if you look over there for Jiwon you can see a handful of recent reviews that mention she's a lot older than advertised. Especially egregious that she's tagged as "young" on the RP site.

In Austin it is fairly thin. Dallas is where most of the talent is going to.

Several kgirls recently decided to make the move from LA to Dallas because it is more affordable and they say that the clientele is much nicer (probably willing to pay more). The kgirls in LA are going to be much younger and newer, on average, and there is more competition with the more established working models.

Austin is generally speaking not a market where higher end talents frequent. LA is definitely where the action is, young mid-20 year-olds doing them raw for the same price here instead of the ajummas. Once the ladies hit the BBFS included price bucket, their times at LA is basically up and starts touring the country. Though once in a blue moon you get a decent talent around here, many citing the stiff competition as a reason for touring.
