I wondered the same thing. I have never seen a positive review of the place. I tried it two or three times over the years and it was awful. The pressure was too extreme and they did not back off even when I said it was too much. I was afraid they were going to break a rib or two! They are also masters at using almost all of your 60 minute session working on your back and then try to get you to buy additional time hoping there would be some extras involved if you did. Don't fall for it!

I think the research he did applied to how to go to an amp and try to get extras, not necessarily which place to go.
