The other night I heard from a Bergen resident that Playmates is closed. Then I realized I hadn't seen an IG post from them since NYE, so may be true.

nooooooo say taint so
went a few times when I was in the area for work before Covid
can't believe it lasted as long as it did
what a shithole
snuck in booze once or twice and had an okay time
but nothing worth going back for
It's actually for sale. I had seen it listed online about a month ago.
I have always wondered what the 2nd floor was like ? Sire miss Peaches walking around nude after her dance !
I saw the real estate ad, $169,000. Still has playmates sign up, lease expires 3/31/2025. I recall driving by years ago. Looked like abandoned hotel that was later covered with steel roofing ?

Yea, it was a nice looking Hotel at one time.
They basically turned it into an ugly barn
169,000 is a lot of money for exterior looks....

Thought about checking it out just to see but didn't since it's a shorter drive to Canada for me with far better options. Since there have been more negatives than positives reported on Playmates think it was better to pass on it.

I was thinking this same thing.

Any one of you fellas interested in going in with me 50/50?

Chicken or the egg? Customers showed up later because dancers were never there at open.....which led to the dancers showing up later because they couldn't make any money without customers....then the customers started coming in even later, which led to the dancers coming in STILL later. I know a couple of dancers that liked working there because they never had to worry about their outfits and what was showing, and the groping by drunk customers was far less than other places.
