Everyone knows a big section of the Trump playbook is: file lawsuits.
Mr. Trump is able to proceed with his lawsuit against CBS. Likely he will get some money, but not nearly what he sued for.
Mr. Trump said on Day 1 of his presidency, he would lower prices, and the Ukraine conflict would be settled in 24 hours. It didn't happen.
Can he be sued for that ?
Or possibly a better question: if someone else was president and did the same thing, would
Trump sue him ?

A sitting President cannot be sued. And with the last Supreme Court ruling on immunity it is doubtful he can ever be sued after he leaves office either.
