Damn. That place did a good job of staying under the radar.

It's been closed for a while.

I live out of town and just noticed . It was there for a long time.

Leasee and Leasor could not come to terms at Renewal Time. Even Landlords can get GPS. Called the Leasing Agent for general terms...they be smokin' that stuff from Colorado.

The Palace is now closed, the end of an era; tears.

Guys this was not a LE issue, but a building lease issue. Sue chose not to renew.

To my knowledge, The Palace was the last store front AMP left in operation.

I have dropped my DNA in every store front amp that was operating in the Dallas area; every single one. To this day, I see former spa ladies about once a week.

I can still smell the hair spray !!!!!!

Visited the palace many times over the years thanks to the North Texas British garage a block down the street that worked on my rovers; first an hour session then dropped off the rover, saw Sue a lot no question she is absolutely one of the all time best providers.

Sue is still out there, if you have her number then she will let you come to the new location.

Problem is, new spot is a Karen area. I fear this place won’t last long. Palace was perfect. Kinda hidden and 3 mins from studioville
