I'm a local, and to the best of my knowledge Yoshiko has been closed for months. If you search Google it's listed as closed, and the same on Rubmaps. Tampa City Council made Table Showers illegal many years ago. Not sure about this review other than to say make sure it's actually open before attempting to visit.
FWIW, all the well reviewed and established AMPs on and around Kennedy Blvd have closed. Yoshiko, Yokohama, Crystal, and Orange are no longer in business.
