How to turn off the HOT.Com ads?

Is there a way to prevent that constant HOT.Com ad from popping up every time I change pages on this site?
That's truly an annoying feature, that occurs with every single turn of the page.
I do pay to be on this site. Therefore, I do not feel that I should have to be burdened with X-ing that damn site off the page every couple of minutes.
Please let me know.
