If this trend continues

What is the hobby going to be like in 10 years? Right now the bookers have no issue working ladies who are in their 50s and 60s, so I guess in a couple of years we'll be dealing with ladies who are in their 70s and 80s? What if grandma is riding me and she breaks her hip? Am I going to have to pay an extra fee to the booker?

I think that eventually the bookers will set up some kind of retirement home / hospice care center / brothel combination. The 90 year old granny will be hooked up to an IV and you'll pay the booker $400 for 1 pop and $500 for two. You'll also be responsible for changing out her bed pan if she has an accident. If she happens to die of old age in the middle of the session and you write a bad review because of it, you'll be permanently blacklisted.
My mistake for not being born 20 years earlier

Hilarious, we are having similar issues in Dfw with some agencies
It seems to me every 6-12 months a user posts something like this.
I don't think its really changing.

I do admit, its quite likely especially if you go back... decades, that Austin was a much cheaper city, and a cheaper city meant cheaper hobbying. Austin has become a rich person's playground, an LA-lite in a lot of ways, and that has 100% affected the hobby. It is what it is.

Lots of people don't have a problem with older ladies, and the constant barrage of ads I get from them tells me they probably are getting clients.

I also think its incredibly easy to find younger ladies in this hobby. Yeah, from time-to-time the studios might go through a dry spell, but you have to consider the fact that these traveling ladies are trying to make money. I suspect we get a crop of older ladies moving through town when things are slower, if you know what I mean.

Its SXSW now, lots of people in town looking to spend money, that attracts talent. But 6 weeks ago it was cold February and people where still trying to make their New Year Resolutions work. Believe me when I say I noticed the different in the amount and quality of ads and reviews being posted.

I have voiced my complaints to the booker when they use heavily ps photos or bns and have yet to be blacklisted to my knowledge.

It's not just amps or agencies. It's on review boards as well.
I avoid grannies

The booker doesn't control the photos. The ladies provide the photos and it still seems that 90% of bookers for Asian ladies simply do not care about PS or anything. But yeah, photos aren't always accurate, do your research, which can be hard because reviews are scattered across websites and ladies change names constantly.

Letting the booker know probably won't do anything, but yeah, they won't ban you for a complaint here and there. I mean, you've already paid, and while repeat business is great they can't guarantee that.

I mean, if that's your opinion fair enough but I would disagree. My obversions say that everyone is well aware Austin's population of hobby enthusiasts is at an all time high the first two weeks of march.

Honestly the last one pisses me off the most, because I don't care if you have "business associates" lmao just be honest about what is going on and how it works so I can make an informed decision and not have to constantly have my guard up.

But anyways, that little rant is why I stick to the AMPs and KStudios.
I also think it's weird that the market for 50 year old women is apparently huge? There's never any discounts, never any freebies, price goes up year after year.

These grannies are going to be making so much money that if they ever retire, they'll be balling out in the retirement home. They'll be wearing full Gucci and Dior in the hospice center.
Mini rant, wanted to add on - new girl at LOL but I Google image searched three of her photos and they're all different Korean models, she couldn't even bother to use the same one 😭 Couldn't find a review for "Flower" in the Austin Encounters - Studios, so either no reviews or she got a name change. Her model page states "Back in Austin", but without reviews and no good search results, I'll have to pass and wait for well known names as mentioned in these forums. I'm relatively new to the hobbying scene but man shelling $$$ for cat fish is tough. Learning that even some reviews might even just be bait by promotors working with the studio. It be rough out there. And of course, YMMV right
