You forgot dirty talking, but out of what you asked I would say HPS.

I like a medium pitch option, lol. But HPS out of those two.

Calling it a grunt is not sexy at all. That's the sound a hog makes. But I prefer a low pitched "moan". The high pitched squeal just always seems fake to me.

How about start with HPS and climax with LPG in the pronebone position.

Like your doing pronebone. She is doing HPS. Then on the final thrust, you both do a LPG.
