with a group? by yourself? eating? drinking? dancing? getting shit faced?
I used to love the Funky Pirate, but I see thats now closed
Krazy Korner is a good time that gets a lot of traffic with cover tune bands
Kerry's Irish Pub / Chart Room / Mollys for a laid back drink
I would honestly say the best plan is NO PLAN. Just go for a walk and see what you step into. New Orleans isn't really one of those places you can keep an itinerary.
