So in just the last 24 hours, the Democrats have come out all in favor of allowing Third World gang members to stay in America forever and against fighting back against Third World savages, who are firing rockets at our ships.

No wonder Democrats are polling on par with herpes.

To be clear, no one, and certainly not the judge in this case, is saying "to let them stay in America forever." He is saying that everyone is entitled to due process before deportation, but especially if it involves being transported to a prison in a country other than their own. MAGA is making up its own rules, many of them unlawful.

I think you are correct in describing the members of the Tren de Aragua as "pieces of shit." They are a violent criminal gang.

However, the Tren de Aragua is not "a terrorist organization," which is what the Trump administration claims. Trump has tried a very clumsy move to justify his unlawful deportation by invoking the Alien Enemies Act of 1798. But that law applies "only to hostile acts perpetrated by enemy nations and commensurate with war and is not relevant to illegal immigration or non state actors like criminal gangs."

Until the courts review and rule upon the claims of the Trump administration, the legality of this deportation is in question. The judge should not be threatened with impeachment. As Chief Justice Roberts has written in his rebuke to Trump, rulings can be appealed, but you can't attack judges that issue rulings you don't agree with.

My apologies to FB for not addressing other points raised in his post, specifically the claim that FDR used the Alien Enemies Act during peacetime. I assume he was referring to the Alien Enemies Act being used to justify the Japanese Internment Act. Pearl Harbor took place on Dec. 7,1941. The date Japanese Internment Act was February 19, 1942, well more that a year after the declaration of war. The Japanese Internment was not a proud moment in the history of the U.S., but at least we were at war, unlike 2025.

Also, the time period between Dec. 7, 1941 & Feb 19, 1942 is only a little over 2 months. Which actually has nothing to do with my original point, but I digress.

Your assumption of what I was referring to is also incorrect. But, you go right ahead and continue to ignore the verbiage in the actual law regarding a “predatory incursion”. Maybe if Biden didn’t allow millions of illegal immigrants into our country without being properly vetted, we wouldn’t even be having this discussion. I often wonder why you didn’t argue the law this strongly when Biden chose to ignore SCOTUS’ opinion regarding the fact that it was unlawful for him to continue forgiving educational loans….but continued forgiving those loans anyway.
