Good job, Donald. So much winning!

8 weeks ago, MAGA screamed for lower groceries, now they’ve been been convinced to celebrate a recession.

Just sayin…

Quite the finish to the day yesterday. Wait till you see what it looks like end of close next Friday.

And btw…I’ll say it again:

-Egg prices are down and looking like their prices are going to continue to fall.
-6 straight weeks of gas prices declining.
-Inflation down 2 tenths of a percent end of February from January.
-Illegal immigrant encounters at our southern border down ~95%.

While it’s good that inflation, gas prices, egg prices and immigration are declining - there’s one thing on the majority of people’s minds that isn’t declining: tariffs. I understand that one or more people will say that Canada had tariffs in place beforehand (but as usual not understanding those tariffs). The tariffs the Canada had in place before were the infamous diary tariffs THAT the president in 2018 (yours truly, Donald J Trump) agreed to (even saying it was a tremendous deal - or something to that effect, look it up). The thing is, anybody brings up the subject of tariffs to a MAGA, they absolutely love to say “Canada started this” and how the dairy tariffs are crazy and how they are taking advantage of Americans. After all, wild numbers like 200%, 300% 9999999999% (I don’t know the exact numbers) are astounding.

But Trump agreed to this. This obviously muddy of been planned out. He loved the idea of tariffs before he even won his first election. Even in the 1980s he supported the idea.

Problem is, there’s the quota that must be exceeded for the diary tariffs to take effect, which, according to data figures, hasn’t been exceeded since the agreement was signed. So, I must ask any of you MAGAs, what’s the big deal?

That being said, the higher gas prices weren’t very much during Biden’s administration. What were all those MAGA tears about? Shall I go back to the threads where y’all were crying all day and all of the night about it (reminds me of that Kinks song “Girl I want to complain about the gas prices {all day and all of the night}). That was you, Waco.

But shit, I guess since it’s your Orange Julius (whooops, that’s Canadian origin) doling out the high tariffs, it’s all good. We could experience the highest ever prices for anything and he’d say, “don’t look at the stock market”

Just wait until Tuesday. Reminds me of that Moody Blues song (Tues-day After-noon, I'm just beginning to see, Now my stocks are on the way, It doesn't matter to me, crashing down going away).

Quick question: Republicans have long said that Demonrats are gonna take our guns away. With these tariffs, the price of metal and everything else coming from Canada is going up - although Waco says it’s not a big deal.

What’s that going to do with firearms and bullets?

How’s eating those words tasting so far? Ready to swallow all of them whole by end of close on Friday yet? Hope you don’t have a gag reflex.

The WSJ article you posted also noted that the rally may well have been due to the fact that Trump has keep not said much about tariffs the last few days.
